💼 About This Role

You'll conduct remote psychiatric assessments and medication management for a mission-driven mental health startup. You'll shape a collaborative, data-informed care model while enjoying flexible part-time hours and no on-call duties.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct 60-minute psychiatric assessments and 30-minute E&M sessions remotely.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, including controlled substances.
• Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically appropriate.
• Partner with therapists through integrated care plans and team consultations.

📋 Requirements

• Board certification as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Active license to practice as PMHNP in Virginia
• 2+ years of experience providing mental health services as a PMHNP
• Active DEA license in Virginia

✨ Nice to Have

• Additional licensure in Maryland and Washington DC
• Experience delivering remote telepsychiatry services
