🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a team of 2-5 Collections Associates
• Own inbound/outbound follow-ups and payment tracking
• Handle escalations and resolve complex cases
• Build and improve collections workflows and SOPs

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years experience in Collections or AR/operations
• 2+ years managing a team of 2-5 people
• Strong data orientation with Excel and dashboards
• Proven ability to improve processes or workflows

• Experience in B2C collections or high-volume customer ops
• Exposure to CRM/ticketing tools
• Background in finance or revenue operations
