💼 About This Role

You'll lead solution design for Coupa's largest implementations, combining strategic guidance with best practices in the Professional Services COE. You'll act as a trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders and drive design quality across the Coupa suite. This role offers the chance to shape global spend management for industry-leading clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead solution design for largest, complex implementations as Solution Manager
• Drive enablement on functional expertise across Coupa delivery teams
• Conduct architectural design reviews to ensure delivery quality
• Develop standardized procedures, templates, and tools for delivery team

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years consulting experience in Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Contract
• Experience managing a professional services team or global SaaS implementation projects
• Strong client management and stakeholder management across regions
• Deep understanding of processes and technologies in Procurement and Finance domains

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous senior consulting experience with competing applications (Ariba, Ivalua, Jaegger, GEP)
• Experience implementing solutions in Healthcare, Retail, Financial Services, etc.
• Experience building workshop plans and facilitating workshops
