๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the end-to-end success of mid-market and enterprise customers for a fast-growing global Customer Experience organization, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and long-term growth. You'll act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, driving retention and expansion through consultative relationship management and commercial ownership. This fully remote, async-first role offers high visibility and impact on customer success and revenue.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships across complex customer organizations
- Build tailored success plans with clear milestones, KPIs, and value realization
- Identify expansion opportunities including upsell, cross-sell, and additional services
- Lead onboarding, adoption, and value acceleration initiatives
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS
- Proven experience managing large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Strong ability to build relationships with senior executives and influence decision-making
- Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, HR tech, or global employment ecosystems
