💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale Nubank's new content hub, a central channel for exclusive content and branded merchandise. You'll launch the first version with partners like Mercedes and Inter Miami CF, then iterate to drive product adoption and fan engagement. This role offers significant autonomy and visibility as a Senior Staff IC.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the content hub end-to-end, from concept to daily operations.
• Lead MVP launch, coordinating legal, tax, inventory, and technical workstreams.
• Design operating model: select suppliers, define SLAs, manage logistics and support.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to scope technical integrations and features.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive execution plan and governance.

📋 Requirements

• Senior Staff experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Product Marketing.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with e-commerce or content platforms (marketplaces, streaming, etc.).
• Strong program/project management skills with ability to switch contexts.
• Technical fluency to work closely with engineers on integrations and APIs.
