You'll monitor call queues and agent adherence to schedules to ensure target metrics are achieved. You'll collaborate with operations to improve delivery processes and generate daily, biweekly, and monthly reports. This role offers hands-on experience in a high-growth fintech environment.

  • Manage call volume, daily attendance, and break schedules
  • Assist with creation of metrics and targets for services
  • Use trends and reports to forecast requirements
  • Produce daily, biweekly, and monthly internal reports

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Advanced level Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Ability to create reports and forecast results
  • Previous call center experience
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Previous Workforce Management experience
  • Experience with BPOs or third-party call centers
  • Experience with Assembled, Zendesk, Five9, or Google Suite
