🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to client support issues via phone, email, and live chat
• Diagnose, resolve, and escalate support tickets using documentation
• Assist in creating and maintaining Knowledge Base / FAQ documentation
• Contribute to improving AI support systems

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer support or success
• Experience with estate planning, financial services, or legal services preferred
• Ability to learn new technologies and communicate technical concepts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Intercom, Salesforce, or ChurnZero
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
