You'll partner with the Sales team to guide customers through their journey with Bolster, focusing on retention and growth. You'll build trusted relationships and drive successful renewals and expansions across mid-market and enterprise customers. This role stands out for its focus on customer outcomes and security objectives in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Drive value realization by aligning Bolster's solutions with customer outcomes.
  • Own a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market customers, ensuring success.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, leading Executive Business Reviews.
  • Act as first line of support for key accounts, triaging issues and guiding troubleshooting.

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting.
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise and mid-market customers with complex technical use cases.
  • Comfortable acting as a first responder to customer questions or issues.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, or other CS engagement platforms.
  • Exposure to fraud prevention, phishing, or brand protection technologies.
  • Experience engaging technical users through community or forum environments.
