🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of software engineers.
• Drive execution of foundational technical initiatives and API delivery.
• Partner with product and design to define roadmap and strategy.
• Hold a high bar for product quality and review code.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager.
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with technical lead experience.
• Experience building cloud-based web applications (front-end and back-end).
• Experience leading teams through large-scale refactors or platform migrations.

• Frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with performance optimization and server-client computation.
