Description

You will provide personalized, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions through a virtual-first model. Appointments are designed to allow time to listen, educate, and deliver supportive care, with technology and operational assistance so you can focus on patients.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state (multiple licenses preferred)
• Prescriptive authority
• National board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and communication tools

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth care for women in midlife transitions
• Use evidence-based protocols including hormonal therapy and lifestyle coaching
• Coordinate labs, prescriptions, supplements, and referrals
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Participate in weekly clinical education
