Description

You will take the lead in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and security systems, ensuring prompt responses to maintenance requests and upholding high standards of customer service and safety compliance.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in Residential Property Management.
• HVAC, EPA Certification strongly preferred.
• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and/or Appliance Repair expertise.
• Ability to exert 50-100 pounds occasionally, 25-50 pounds frequently, and 10-20 constantly through pushing, pulling, climbing.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work weekends, evenings, and on-call for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Take lead role in troubleshooting and adjusting control systems for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, and security systems.
• Maintain physical asset of property with advanced skills and knowledge of apartment maintenance.
• Respond quickly to deficiencies found in preventative maintenance inspections.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to all maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Ensure effective follow-up with residents, vendors, and property management on maintenance services.
