You'll lead Neo4j technology implementations for enterprise customers, coordinating teams across onshore and offshore locations. Your core impact is ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while identifying up-selling opportunities. This role stands out with exposure to cutting-edge graph database projects and cross-functional leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage multiple concurrent projects with onshore and offshore teams
• Develop project artifacts like Jira backlogs, weekly reports, and Gantt charts
• Identify engagement risks and communicate mitigation plans with stakeholders
• Facilitate project close procedures with lessons learned and process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 5–8+ years experience managing mid-to-large or complex engagements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science preferred
• PMP, Agile, or relevant certifications strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Professional Services Automation tools (PSA), ideally Certinia

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years in Engagement or Project Management in Professional Services
• Industry experience in Financial Services, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Technology
• Experience managing graph database projects (Neo4j, TigerGraph, JanusGraph) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
