πΌ About This Role
You'll be the hub of digital advertising campaign execution, working closely with other departments to manage client success across Teads' advertising offerings. You'll oversee campaign set-up, optimization, and performance, driving incremental revenue and ensuring client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. This role is based in Seoul, South Korea, and requires fluency in English and Korean.
π― What You'll Do
- Manage self-serve campaigns and onboard clients to the buying platform.
- Lead post-sale communication and campaign activation.
- Analyze performance data to highlight key trends.
- Plan and execute incremental revenue prospecting plans.
π Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in AdOperations, client services, or customer experience at a digital media company.
- Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising including Header Bidding and OpenRTB.
- Exceptional time management skills for long-term and day-to-day projects.
- Fluency in English and Korean both written and spoken.
