You'll drive early-stage pipeline by qualifying inbound leads and executing targeted outbound prospecting for Kaseya's AI-powered IT management platform. Your core impact is booking high-quality discovery meetings for the Sales team. This role is critical to fueling new customer acquisition and sits at the front of the revenue engine.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and events
- Conduct discovery conversations to assess prospect needs
- Execute outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives with accurate documentation
๐ Requirements
- 0โ2+ years of sales development or customer-facing experience
- B2B experience preferred
- Must speak English and Spanish with Portuguese as a bonus
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and structured sales motions
