💼 About This Role

You'll be the primary provider of direct services to guests at the Royal Oak Music Theater, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. You'll scan tickets, seat guests, and resolve complaints during events. This role offers a chance to work in a dynamic live entertainment setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scan tickets and administer wristbands for event entry.
• Seat guests and assist ADA patrons.
• Answer guest questions and direct them to venue areas.
• Enforce venue policies and procedures.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
