Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive client success and growth through a scalable, pooled support model. You'll guide customers through onboarding and workflow consultations, empowering them to fully leverage PandaDoc.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of SaaS customer success experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Business fluency in German or other European languages a plus
  • AI-forward mindset with ability to leverage AI tools for insights

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive, strategic support for smooth onboarding and adoption of PandaDoc tools
  • Lead personalized onboarding sessions including launch plans, training, and integration setup
  • Drive product adoption through tailored consultations and hands-on training
  • Promote self-serve resources such as help center and webinars
  • Leverage data from Planhat, Salesforce, and Gong to track engagement and identify accounts needing support
