💼 About This Role

You'll join the People team to identify, attract, and close exceptional talent. You'll partner with hiring managers across engineering to operations, driving proactive sourcing and managing end-to-end hiring processes. This role offers ownership of the full recruiting cycle for a high-growth defense tech firm building autonomous systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end hiring across technical, operational, or business roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and craft job descriptions
  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies across different markets
  • Run structured screening interviews and coordinate stakeholders

📋 Requirements

  • 2-5 years of hands-on recruiting experience
  • Strong sourcing mindset with proven outreach abilities
  • Experience managing full-cycle hiring including interviews and offer negotiations
  • Experience with Ashby or similar ATS
