💼 About This Role
You'll serve as the voice of Ramp, handling phone-first support for thousands of customers and solving problems quickly with empathy. You'll drive escalations to resolution while meeting key performance metrics. This is a high-growth role at a fast-moving fintech scaling to over $100B in annualized spend.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Handle customer issues primarily over the phone with email and chat support.
- Troubleshoot using product knowledge, investigative skills, and critical thinking.
- Own escalations and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Adapt quickly to new tools, product releases, and AI-powered workflows.
📋 Requirements
- Comfort and confidence on the phone as primary support channel.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Strong customer focus and empathy under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Familiarity with AI-powered tools or workflow automation.
- Comfort in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Experience with Zendesk or other support platforms.
