💼 About This Role

You'll join Varicent's Technical Support Team as the frontline of customer success, troubleshooting SaaS solutions and ensuring customers maximize product value. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and adoption of our revenue optimization platform. You'll collaborate closely with product and development teams to drive product enhancements and share user insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Resolve technical problems by troubleshooting incidents and collecting logs
  • Communicate investigation progress with clients and update CRM records
  • Share best practices for Varicent product utilization and deployment
  • Support KPI targets including SLA, QA, and resolution metrics

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience
  • Proven experience with SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL scripting
  • CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with client server architecture
  • Experience troubleshooting web-based applications
