💼 About This Role

You'll join SMX to provide production support and business analysis for a Boston-based customer. You'll investigate complex system issues, translate business rules into technical requirements, and drive issue resolution. This role is primarily remote with occasional onsite meetings in Boston.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot complex system issues through data analysis and root cause investigation.
• Translate business rules and system logic into actionable technical requirements.
• Document findings, solution paths, and workflow diagrams for stakeholders.
• Support testing activities and validate enhancements for alignment with requirements.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience with production support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience documenting functional and technical workflows.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Lucid or similar diagramming tools.
• Familiarity with project management metrics and reporting.
• Knowledge of feasibility assessment and impact analysis.
