🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and manage custom Jira projects and workflows
• Advise teams on Scrum vs Kanban board structures
• Guide teams on tracking and interpreting Agile metrics
• Troubleshoot access issues and maintain documentation

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in Jira Software administration
• Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban ceremonies and artifacts
• Ability to configure and explain Agile metrics like velocity and CFD
• Exceptional ability to translate pain points into technical solutions

• Experience with JIRA Cloud
• Knowledge of Atlassian Intelligence features or automation rules
