Description

You will represent clients in family law cases such as divorce, child custody, and property division. You will handle court appearances, draft legal documents, and provide guidance to clients during challenging times. Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from accredited law school
• Admission to state bar and in good standing
• 3+ years family law litigation experience
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law cases (divorce, custody, support, property division)
• Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, agreements)
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on family law
• Attend court hearings and trials, present cases effectively
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal staff for efficient case management
