You'll serve as a trusted consultant guiding school districts in South Texas through IXL implementation and professional development. You'll ensure each district has a clear plan tailored to their goals and monitor progress using data. This role offers the chance to shape products and expand partnerships in a remote, collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as IXL implementation expert for large districts
• Create and implement professional development plans with district leaders
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers
• Deliver live and virtual professional development sessions

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years experience delivering professional development in K-12
• Experience as school or district administrator or extensive PD to those audiences
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative
