💼 About This Role

You'll join Satispay's Compliance team to ensure adherence to MiFID II regulations across investment products, including crypto-assets. Your work will directly shape regulatory strategy and support future license extensions for a fast-growing fintech. This role requires relocation to Luxembourg.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support the compliance monitoring programme and second-line controls.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks for investment products.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise product teams.
• Draft and update compliance policies and procedures.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years compliance experience in a regulated financial institution.
• Hands-on exposure to MiFID II in Luxembourg or Europe.
• Understanding of European regulations (MiFID II, MiCA).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Experience with crypto-asset regulations and VASP.
• Direct exposure to audits and inspections.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT and transaction monitoring.
