Description

You will lead the end-to-end hardware product development of ruggedized systems for defense applications, from concept through production, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver mission-ready solutions that enhance autonomous awareness.

Requirements

• Self-starter with high ownership and mission-oriented mindset.
• Experience in senior role leading system design from concept through delivery.
• Familiarity with mechatronic design, firmware/software, sensor physics, and data analysis.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through design trades and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution from initial design through fabrication, test, and production of ruggedized hardware systems.
• Develop platforms supporting expeditionary operation and modular sensor expansion.
• Define product milestones, lead technical design reviews, and manage engineering risk.
• Coordinate prototype fabrication and system-level test efforts.
• Conduct hands-on field testing and remote troubleshooting of deployed systems.
