💼 About This Role

You'll lead and develop a team of Trainers to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new dental practices. You'll drive operational efficiency and team performance through coaching, QA strategies, and data analysis. This role includes up to 20% travel for in-practice training support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and coach a team of Trainers on customer onboarding
• Conduct regular 1:1s to review KPIs and support professional growth
• Build and implement a QA strategy to audit performance
• Manage team schedules including PTO and holiday coverage

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in startups, consulting, or tech
• 2+ years of direct people management experience
• Proven ability to manage a team and drive measurable performance improvements
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
