As a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, you'll map Diligent's governance and compliance solutions to their priorities. This role offers the chance to work with large government agencies and be part of a leading GRC AI platform.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Renew and grow public sector customer accounts proactively.
- Serve as strategic advisor to senior public sector stakeholders.
- Manage customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer success.
๐ Requirements
- 5-7 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience.
- Public sector experience with large agencies or complex environments.
- SaaS enterprise-level account management with retention/expansion track record.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
