As a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, you'll map Diligent's governance and compliance solutions to their priorities. This role offers the chance to work with large government agencies and be part of a leading GRC AI platform.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Renew and grow public sector customer accounts proactively.
  • Serve as strategic advisor to senior public sector stakeholders.
  • Manage customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer success.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-7 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience.
  • Public sector experience with large agencies or complex environments.
  • SaaS enterprise-level account management with retention/expansion track record.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.

  • Experience with GRC solutions.
  • Mentoring or coaching experience.
