💼 About This Role

You'll join a European OMS leader crafting a mission-critical SaaS platform for retail. You'll drive shift-left quality culture to ensure seamless omnichannel experiences across 10,000+ connected stores. Work with a human-scale agile team on massive data flows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define test strategies and write detailed test plans
• Develop and maintain automated test suites (E2E, API, integration)
• Collaborate with developers and product in Agile ceremonies
• Participate in release monitoring and post-production incident analysis
• Coach junior QA team members

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of QA experience in an Agile environment
• Proficiency in Cypress or Playwright
• Experience with API testing (Postman)
• Knowledge of test management tools (Xray, Zephyr) and CI/CD (GitLab)

✨ Nice to Have

• ISTQB Foundation certification
• Experience in e-commerce/logistics (OMS, ERP)
• Knowledge of performance, security, or accessibility testing
