Description

You will own the operational resilience agenda across Mews FS, ensuring IT systems are monitored, secure, and ready to withstand incidents. You'll design and implement frameworks, secure new systems, and be the point person for IT security resilience.

Requirements

• Proven track record in IT security and resilience
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure and device security
• Strong domain expertise in cybersecurity and IT compliance
• Hands-on and pragmatic, comfortable with systems, logs, and tools

Responsibilities

• Own operational resilience agenda across Mews FS
• Ensure IT systems are monitored, secure, and incident-ready
• Secure new and existing systems, improving risk posture
• Be point person for IT security resilience, working with infrastructure and device specialists
• Create coherent approach across security domains
