Description

As a GTM Systems Engineer at Mews, you will own the commercial technology stack that powers our go-to-market motion, serving as the primary technical owner of CRM, lifecycle configuration, and reporting infrastructure. You will work at the intersection of systems architecture, sales process design, and operational discipline, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in Salesforce CRM and CPQ administration
• Experience with Gong, Aircall, and sales engagement platforms
• Strong understanding of sales process design and operational discipline
• Ability to maintain clean data flows and system integrations
• Excellent collaboration skills across commercial teams

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Salesforce CRM administration: objects, fields, validation rules, flows, permission sets, and reporting frameworks
• Configure lifecycle models across new business, partner, and customer expansion motions
• Administer GTM stack including Gong, Aircall, Clay, and sales engagement platforms
• Maintain GTM account and territory data quality, including duplicate management and enrichment workflows
• Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy
