💼 About This Role

You'll own the successful implementation and adoption of the Qualified Conversational Marketing Platform for new and existing customers. You'll transform sales and marketing processes using conversational marketing technology. Your work will involve deep consultative relationships and driving customer health to achieve renewal targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver and lead customers through the Qualified Implementation Framework
• Document technical requirements for a Qualified Data Model aligned to business objectives
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key stakeholders
• Analyze customer health scores to achieve renewal targets

📋 Requirements

• 3-7 years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
• Working knowledge of marketing automation systems
• Knowledge in web/scripting technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with conversational marketing platforms
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
