💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Field Engineers deploying AI-driven predictive maintenance solutions for industrial clients. You'll own P&L for field operations and drive adoption of digital tools and AI workflows. This role offers the chance to scale a team at a fast-growing Industrial AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead hiring, onboarding, and professional development of field engineers
• Manage budgets, forecast resources, and drive cost-effective deployments
• Champion adoption of new digital tools and AI-driven workflows
• Standardize field installation procedures for consistent, scalable deployments
• Act as escalation point for complex technical issues on-site

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years managing technical field teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent deployment projects and budgets
• Experience in industrial environments (manufacturing, food & beverage, pharma)
