Description

You will lead the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, serving as the legal point of contact across departments in a hyper-growth AI company. This role offers exposure to a wide range of legal challenges while you own the commercial contract lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3–5 years legal practice with focus on commercial or corporate transactions
• Track record at top-tier law firm or in-house at high-growth tech company
• Deep understanding of technology transactions, IP licensing, and data privacy
• Confident negotiator who balances firmness and creative solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting and negotiation of MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and vendor agreements
• Serve as legal point of contact for CX, Sales, Engineering, and Finance teams
• Navigate complex technology transactions focusing on IP and data privacy
• Assist VP of Legal on special projects in corporate governance, employment, and regulatory compliance
