Requirements

• 3-5 years warehouse/logistics experience with supervisory role
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Office
• Strong team management and communication skills
• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and safety protocols
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in supply chain preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
• Supervise staff, schedules, and performance reviews
• Ensure inventory accuracy through WMS tracking and audits
• Enforce OSHA compliance and conduct facility inspections
• Resolve operational issues like equipment failure and delays
