💼 About This Role

You'll support the execution of Allica Bank's Asset Finance KBI strategy by providing exemplary relationship management to key business introducers. You'll own the day-to-day portfolio operation and profitability, handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to develop business. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide first-line support to KBIs and the Operations Team as an Asset Finance expert.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls to develop new business and progress transactions.
• Manage a portfolio of UK-based Asset Finance KBIs and support lending applications.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.

📋 Requirements

• Proven career progression in business development within Asset Finance.
• Proven ability to source and develop KBIs.
• Banking relationship management skills in SME/commercial lending.
• Ability to structure Asset Finance proposals and write credit applications.
