Description

You will build and scale strategic partnerships with leading Global Systems Integrators, turning Nebius's AI cloud into repeatable, services-led offerings. You'll design the GSI partner framework, drive joint pipeline, and enable GSI teams to sell and deliver these solutions to enterprise customers.

Requirements

• 8-12 years in cloud or infrastructure-focused partner management or GSI alliances
• Deep understanding of how GSIs build and run cloud, data, and AI practices
• Experience at hyperscale, GPU/AI cloud, infrastructure provider, or cloud-native ISV
• Strong technical fluency in cloud infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS), Kubernetes, and AI/ML workloads
• Proven track record of building and scaling GSI partnerships generating material revenue

Responsibilities

• Design and own GSI partner framework including segmentation and engagement model
• Build senior and field-level relationships across GSI sales and practices
• Translate GPU cloud and AI infrastructure into GSI-led solutions and offerings
• Define commercial models (sell-with, resale, co-sell, managed service)
• Drive joint pipeline by mapping target accounts and securing inclusion in GSI pursuits
