You'll lead UX design end-to-end for portal surfaces across digital platforms, driving strategy and mentoring designers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own UX design end-to-end for portal surfaces
• Drive design decisions from customer problem to hi-fi deliverable
• Contribute to the design system with reusable components
• Lead design critique and peer review sessions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and research

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of UX/product design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX expertise
• Deep expertise in modern design system tooling
• Experience in agile delivery with close PM and engineering partnership
