You'll draft and negotiate commercial contracts for a fast-growing HR/finance platform. You'll support business areas to close deals while managing a high volume of contractual demands. This role offers a chance to work in a dynamic, purpose-driven tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with clients
• Provide consultative legal support to Commercial and Product teams
• Structure and adapt standard contracts for new products
• Manage high-volume contract demands and track SLAs

📋 Requirements

• Law degree with active OAB registration
• Practical experience with commercial contract negotiation
• Prior experience in startups, fintechs, or payment institutions
• Organized, agile, and priority-driven profile
