You'll own Motive's financial narrative and shape how the company communicates business performance and long-term value creation. You'll lead high-impact communications across corporate, financial, and internal channels, working closely with the executive team. This role is crucial in shaping and protecting the corporate brand during a high-growth, pre-IPO phase.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute corporate PR strategy including executive visibility and crisis communications.
  • Draft press releases, executive quotes, and investor messaging.
  • Lead communications strategies for major financial announcements and milestones.
  • Partner with Finance, IR, and Legal on financial messaging and shareholder communications.
  • Manage internal communications plans for All-Hands meetings and executive updates.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 15+ years in corporate communications and PR with focus on financial communications.
  • B2B and public company experience required.
  • Experience supporting high-growth technology companies through pre-IPO phases.
  • Strong media relations with business and financial journalists.

  • Familiarity with M&A communications and corporate transactions.
  • Experience in both in-house and PR agency environments.
  • Advanced degree in Communications or related field.
