💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new partners, orchestrating a smooth transition to AirGarage's platform. You'll coordinate across sales, operations, hardware, and partner success to ensure each location goes live successfully. This role offers the chance to build scalable onboarding systems and shape partner relationships from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and manage the onboarding process for new properties from deal close to go-live.
  • Coordinate across hardware, permitting, compliance, and central ops teams.
  • Serve as main point of contact for property owners, tenants, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and refine onboarding materials like welcome packets and training guides.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partner success, implementation, or project management.
  • Willingness to travel 25% to new location launches.
  • Exceptional communication skills for external and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong project management with cross-functional initiative leadership.
