Requirements

• JD from ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted to CA bar or registered in-house counsel
• 10+ years relevant legal experience
• 5+ years pharmaceutical experience preferred
• Strong drafting, communication, and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage contracting function and improve processes
• Negotiate and draft various agreements (clinical, manufacturing, supply, BD, etc.)
• Advise on contract status, legal risks, and liabilities
• Build trusted advisor relationships across all functions
• Oversee contract database (Cobblestone) and manage a paralegal
