💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the servant leader and chief Scrum Master for the Agile Release Train, delivering software solutions for the US federal government. You'll facilitate program-level execution, remove impediments, and drive relentless improvement to deliver high-quality value to the warfighter.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate PI planning, system demos, and inspect & adapt workshops
• Coordinate dependencies between Agile teams
• Remove impediments and manage risk for the ART
• Provide transparent progress reporting to leadership

📋 Requirements

• 10 years of engineering experience
• 3 years leading a large-scale program
• Expert knowledge in Agile/Scrum or program increment leadership
• Active Secret clearance

• Experience with PI/SAFe ceremonies
• Proven issue/risk resolution skills
