💼 About This Role

You'll join a multidisciplinary team to launch TMS services at a Massachusetts location, conducting patient assessments and overseeing treatments. Your core impact will be growing the TMS program while coordinating care with referring clinicians. This role offers strong autonomy and a supportive, collegial environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in TMS training and skill development
• Conduct initial patient assessments via telehealth or in-person
• Oversee TMS technician and co-sign daily treatment notes
• Monitor patient progress and adjust protocols as needed

📋 Requirements

• BC/BE psychiatrist board certification or eligibility
• Active Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain
• Strong interest in TMS commitment to program growth
