You'll be the single source of analytical truth for all marketing revenue data at Zefir, an AI autopilot for home sales. You'll turn complex multi-source data into sharp insights that let us scale 3x again without burning more cash. This role directly shapes budget decisions and campaign strategy in a fast-moving Series B environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Surface insights for budget allocation and weekly growth reporting
• Optimize multi-million euro acquisition budget with channel interaction models
• Own and improve lead scoring model through back-testing and iteration
• Build attribution models reflecting real customer journey beyond last-click

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years in Data Analytics within high-growth tech
• Deep SQL & data modeling fluency
• Experience with Fivetran, dbt, Airflow or equivalents
• Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, server-side APIs, CRM tracking

• Python programming skills
• AI-curious and automation-oriented with LLM experience
• Experience with low-code tools for data exploration
