💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 support to children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), guided by a supervising BCBA. You'll collect data to track progress and collaborate with caregivers and teammates.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement personalized ABA treatment plans
• Use positive strategies to support communication and daily living skills
• Collect data to track progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and teammates

📋 Requirements

• Certified RBT preferred
• ABA or childcare experience
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Comfortable working weekday mornings

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician
• Background in ABA therapy
