Description

You will join a remote care team to provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth for anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You'll conduct diagnostic assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation, with opportunities to contribute to a multidisciplinary environment.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts license: LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC
• Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
• Strong communication and clinical skills with trauma-informed approach
• Comfortable with EMRs, Google Suite/Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide individual psychotherapy via secure telehealth platforms
• Support members with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in EMR system
• Coordinate care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
