💼 About This Role

You'll ensure customers fully realize the value of NICE's cloud-based Evidencentral digital evidence management platform. You'll actively guide them through business process transformation and monitor adoption metrics to proactively address blockers. This role is fully remote within the UK.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and execute account-specific relationship frameworks with regular status calls and reviews.
• Drive customer adoption by educating on Evidencentral features and promoting internal usage.
• Identify adoption blockers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to find solutions.
• Farm existing accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in policing or criminal justice sector within an IT environment.
• Operational Business Process Re-engineering or Business Analysis experience.
• Proven track record of building and nurturing relationships.
• Ability to travel nationally with a few days' notice.

✨ Nice to Have

• End-user application training experience.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Existing UK security vetting status.
