💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the tactical edge of our engineering team, deploying and maintaining an AI platform for mission-critical national security. You'll interface directly with customers to tailor automation strategies and ensure reliable performance across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments. This role offers direct impact on real-world national security challenges while working with cutting-edge AI deployment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with customers to translate mission requirements into technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code for Kubernetes clusters across clouds and on-prem.
  • Debug containerized microservices and network configurations to unblock customers.
  • Feed field insights back to product teams to automate installation friction points.
  • Lead software deployments on unclassified, CUI, and classified networks.

📋 Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or systems engineering.
  • Production Kubernetes expertise in deploying and diagnosing microservices with Helm and kubectl.
  • Infrastructure-as-code proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
  • Active Secret (or above) US security clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with DoD networking, tools, and security policies (STIGs, NIST, CMMC).
  • Experience with DevSecOps/CI/CD for GPU-enabled servers.
  • Experience deploying CNCF projects.
