You'll join a multidisciplinary clinical team prescribing cannabis-based medicines for complex patient conditions. You'll have real autonomy and shape clinical pathways in a rapidly growing field.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Clinically check and review CBPM prescriptions for safety
• Prescribe medicines as an Independent Prescriber
• Provide expert guidance on treatment options
• Deliver education and training on CBPM

📋 Requirements

• GPhC registered pharmacist
• Independent Prescriber qualification
• At least 2 years prescribing experience
• Experience in a clinical setting
