As a Commercial Account Executive at Klaviyo, you will own the full sales cycle from qualification to close, managing a high-velocity pipeline and delivering measurable business impact through consultative selling and strategic multi-threaded engagements.

Requirements

  • Consultative selling with strong discovery; translate business objectives into ROI-justified use cases.
  • Analytical mindset; calculate ROI, interpret funnel signals, apply e-commerce/SMB metrics.
  • Proactive multi-threading and executive engagement with persona-specific messaging.
  • Tools proficiency: Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Gong.

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle sales: discovery, ROI business cases, tailored demos, and orchestrated evaluations through close.
  • Build and manage a diverse pipeline with clear creation and coverage targets; execute personalized outreach.
  • Develop territory/account plans with tiering, prioritized accounts, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Multi-thread across marketing, finance, IT, and executives; design workback/joint evaluation plans.
  • Quantify value with ROI analyses based on discovery insights; articulate business case to each persona.
